Job Advertisement: Salesperson at FOREX

We have many customers who want to exchange currency and get tips for their travels. We are now looking for a Salesperson for a permanent part-time position, 75%. A 6-month probationary period applies.

The positions are for our store in Växjö. If necessary, work may also occur in our other stores in Kalmar and Kristianstad.

Your Responsibilities

As a Salesperson at FOREX, you are an important part of the entire sales process and contribute to creating an excellent customer experience. The role includes, among other things:

• Selling currency and other FOREX services
• Providing excellent customer service and always keeping the customer in focus
• Following our internal procedures and working in a structured manner
• Contributing to keeping the store well-organized and pleasant
• Collaborating with your colleagues to achieve the store's sales goals

Our Expectations of You

We are looking for someone who is business-minded, solution-oriented, and enjoys working towards set goals. You thrive in meeting people and want to give every customer a really great experience.

We believe you have:

• Experience in sales, preferably in retail or service
• Experience in customer service and professional customer meetings
• Good communication skills in Swedish and English – additional languages are a plus
• Good IT skills and experience working with cash register systems
• The ability to work in a team and contribute to a positive work environment
